Steinbock Alcohol Free Sparkling
The idea to offer an alternative beverage to those who abstain from alcohol was born in 2020.
This was the birth of our “Alcohol Free” project. Grapes are handled with care in the vineyard and cellar, then refined with a special technical procedure.
With Steinbock Alcohol Free Sparkling no one is excluded from enjoying a convivial toast with friends.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, a delicate and persistent perlage. In the nose with fragrant aromatic and juicy notes of white pulp fruit, white blossoms and citrus.
It is dry and lively in the mouth, convincing with its distinctive freshness.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with finger food, appetizers, quiche, raw fish or as an ingredient for non-alcohol cocktails.
